Being a Personal Trainer, it is important to not just talk the talk, but also walk the walk. Personally, I am pretty happy to share my journey with you ever since I decide to post it on social media. Certainly, one of my better fat loss programs after trying various diets and training plan throughout my career. The initial target was to reduce body fat (BF%) to 15 while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible. Now, the new target is to reduce BF% down to 12 before increasing weight to 80kg with 15% BF.

Her original intention was fat loss and strengthening, to find out more about weightlifting, and to learn how to execute proper deadlifts, pull/push ups. However, through the course of training, we discovered that she is in fact a superwoman deserving of all accolades. A prime example of what it means to be an modern women in current times. She wears the hats of a wife, mother, daughter, daughter-in-law and an educator, while striving to constantly improve herself through seeking new experiences and knowledge.
Mind you, her journey is not all smooth sailing as she struggles through the demands of her work and personal life. But we are proud to say that she is definitely staying afloat and rocking the seas. To all mothers and working ladies out there, know that you are not alone. That you are important to the people around you. That you are amazing and inspiring the way you are!

During 2019, Eric went to China to set up a business but things took a turn for the worse as Covid-19 struck, and she was force to close it down. Life became chaotic and stressful, while she try desperately to keep things together, Erica struggled and started gaining weight to 84.6kg.
