"My family is located in Malaysia and I came to Singapore to study. Initially, I was struggling with self confidence and it affected me as I was alone in Singapore. I also wanted to lose weight to surprise my family during Chinese New Year when I returned home.
During the period when I was training, Jiewen has given me an excellent and valuable training in life, constantly encouraging and motivating me. Thank you for helping me to get fit and made it a whole lot easier to lose the weight than I could have imagine!"
