Emily started personal training since 19 as her initial goal was to lose weight and get fitter in order to pass her IPPT as she was looking to sign on but that has been strive off from her check list. Since then, she has been training to keep herself healthier and fitter. Besides training, Emily starts to understands about her eating habits and started to make some changes to it.
"The most difficult part throughout the journey was when I starts to have weird food cravings that I never usually craved for. The exercises was though initially but with Gina's encouragement and her believes in me, makes me push myself a little more.
I definitely felt that there was improvement as my energy , emotion and posture was better. I start to see my body changes where my arms and waist was smaller, I could wear the clothes that I can't wear before."
Before: 78.1kg, 35% Body Fat, 24.8% Muscle Mass
After: 66.9kg, 28.9% Body Fat, 27.4% Muscle Mass
Lost: 11.2kg, 6.1% BF in 2 years
