"I tried restricting on food intake on my own but without the right knowledge, the results was negligible. I was hoping to lose 10kg and on my 1st training session, Jiewen told me 15kg weight loss was possible!
By Nov 2017, I would have completed 1 year of training with Jiewen. I achieved my initial goal of losing 15kg after 4-5 months, and by now, I have lost about 19-20kg, working on improving my body composition as my next goal. I have lost 20% of body fat from where I started, and Jiewen is encouraging me to work towards the athletes level! I have completely changed my wardrobe from XL to XS, and I am really enjoying the new shopping experience :)"
