Why choose Remote Coaching instead of in-person training?
Remote Coaching is the most effective and affordable way for us to offer our services. Instead of having somebody in the gym count sets and reps for you, consider us your fitness concierge. We are here for you when you need us and you can trust that we have nothing but your health and fitness as our goals.
If we were to work together in a gym not only would it be more expensive for you (you’re paying gym overhead and there are more people (owners, etc.) who need to get a cut of the action), but I’m also limited to scheduling frustrations in a gym. Because we are working together remotely, there is no restrictions and can give you precisely what you need, when you need it. You deserve nothing less.

What is the time frame that I have to commit?
Our program package is a minimum commitment of 3 months.

What is the difference between Executive and Premium?
In premium package, In-App text messaging with your coach is available 24/7. This means that we will respond to any of your questions and updates in the messenger. Whenever you want, wherever you are. In executive package, you will be using the messenger to update us about your exercise and nutrition. We will respond during weekly email check-ins and bi-weekly phone call.
How do i check-in with you?
You may check in with me using Trainerize App, by completing your workout, cardio or
progress measurements. After your workout, please key in Rate of Perceived Exertion
(RPE) as accurately as possible, this will allow me to prescribe your future workouts and exercises.

What if I don’t know how to perform an exercise included in the workout?
If you are struggling with the technique of a certain exercise, be sure to let us know! You
can send us a video on how you perform the exercise so that we can give you real-time
feedback. If the exercise proves too much to handle, let us know and we will be happy to suggest alternatives.

DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF A GYM?
Nope, we will customize your workout to suit your environment :)
Do I need to purchase any equipment?
We will need a bodyweight scale for weigh-ins.

How strict does my diet need to be?
We believe that sustainability is the key to success. You may have to make some
adjustments but it will be entirely customized towards your preferences, environment, and habits.

CAN I STILL DRINK ALCOHOL ON YOUR PROGRAM?
Yes of course! Everything in moderation.
How do I track my food intake?
You can track your food intake via “MyFitnessPal”, or you can send food photos into Trainerize messaging app.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can request to suspend your account if you are going to be away for a minimum of
two weeks. Written notice should be provided at least two weeks ahead of time. The time
will be credited at the end of the package period. Each client has a maximum of one 2-weeks hold period for every 2 months of training.
