"I started personal training initially to lose weight, get fitter and stronger in order to be able to hit my IPPT goals. I started training with JG Fit since Nov 2020 and during this 5 months of training, I managed to hit my goals - getting fitter! I also watch what I eat based on Gina nutrition advice alongside with regular training and running.
The most difficult part throughout the journey, especially at the start, was definitely having weird food cravings that I never usually craved for and felt that the exercises were quite tough. However, once I get the hang of it, it didn't seems too bad! I had not only improved physical fitness such as my posture and stamina, but also mentally such as my emotions and mood! I can see some differences with my body and definitely happy with my results so far. My weight has also dropped about 8kg or so in 5 months with Gina!"
Lost: 8kg and 3.5% body fat in 5 months
Gavin was diagnose with mild hypertension and started to gain weight while being stationed in China for work since 2019. He was never unhealthy, but found himself gaining weight even though he was consistently running and exercising.
This prompted him to look for an online coach which was based in Singapore.
Since then, he has learnt to developed his own training program, on top of fine tuning his nutrition habits, which was already awesome to begin with. It’s noteworthy that Gavin lost a total of 4.7kg in 3 months consisting of Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year. He even came for Personal Training during the time when he was back at Singapore!

"Prior to starting this program, I was trying hard to lose weight but did not make any significant progress nor changes. I tried many different kinds of exercises such as Muay Thai classes to no avail. Now, I am seeing changes having incorporated new training and nutrition habits. "I decrease my body fat in two months and have gained knowledge in terms of nutrition & exercise, such as how to challenge different muscle group and using different rep range to work towards my goals. 6 people mentioned that I have lost weight and look leaner. Now, I will continue to work towards my initial goals by keeping to a regime of gym, golf and swim.

Ahshida use to enjoy weights training but had to stop due to Vertigo, a medical symptom that causes her head to spin when it struck.
We are incorporating a combination of boxing, body-weight training with a goal to achieve 10 push-up.
