"I started out by playing competitive Softball during Secondary school days. Being the smallest sized player on the team, I encountered a myriad of challenges and fought hard to establish myself as the team captain just after a year. Apart from Softball, I also participated in a variety of sports such as wakeboarding, tennis & body building. My experiences in team sports and vast understanding in multi-sports helps me recognise the diverse needs and goals of my clients. I adapt my training techniques and communication style to cater to individuals with varying fitness levels and backgrounds. I have strong time management and business skills. Additionally, I have transitioned from a structured team environment to the autonomy of being a personal trainer. Building a client base, marketing myself, and managing administrative tasks were all obstacles that required diligent effort. However, my background as a student athlete provided me with a solid foundation of discipline, dedication, and a deep understanding of the value of hard work, all of which proved invaluable in surmounting these challenges and ultimately thriving in my career as a personal trainer. As a physical trainer, my role extends beyond physical fitness. My goal is to empower you to be independent in building good habits; not only improving your own life but also contributing to the promotion of a healthier society as a whole."
