Objectives : lose weight and start a healthier lifestyle
Difficulties : My eating habits. Eating less doesn’t mean you are eating properly. I eat less but unhealthy food, hence the weight gain through out the years.
Achievements : I learn the proper way of choosing my meals. What the body requires and the limits to have for certain type of food. In fact, the weight loss prove it.
Other comments : I update my trainer on the food I eat daily, roughly gauge if the food I eat is per what we planned. Also, during training, my trainer caters and plan the workout that requires a little push out of my comfort zone.
