Compromise, try to exercise, still eat what you love but with a little more self control Often times, we see individuals choosing between option 1 and 2, but try applying the trade off perspective (option 3) and who knows what answer you may come up with. Yes, in this case you may take a longer time (months/years) to reach your desired body. But, in this case you are happier, progressing towards your goal and comfortable. You dictate you.
