" We wanted to find a trainer that can help us achieve our goals. To say we have been satisfied with Jie Wen's approach to training us is an understatement.
His approach is simple but methodological and effective. After discussing our objectives, he assessed our current conditions and then prepared a program of exercises to suit our needs. I must say that the program is not static as Jie Wen would vary it to ensure we make progress. And we did!
Over the past 7 months, we have gotten to know Jie Wen better; we like his simplicity and honesty but appreciate his unrelenting focus to make us complete all our exercises he programmed for us. His methods may seem simple, but they are effective.
Another unique and distinctive feature of Jie Wen's approach is his focus on our nutrition. Yes, he does not only make us perform various workouts but he literally ask and follow our nutrition everyday, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. He would suggest what sort of food we should avoid and even recommended the type of volume consume. It wasn't easy but over time, we actually found our changed diet has benefited us.
